FAQs

International Shipping:

At this time we only ship within the United States and require a billing and shipping address in the US. 


Order Confirmation:

We know that once you've placed your order, you are anxious to receive it! We make every effort to get your order shipped out to you as quickly as possible.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will process the charges to your credit card and your order will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  


Credit Card Pre-Authorization:

When an order is placed with TelescopeTek, our credit card processor pre-authorizes the transaction amount on your card, but your credit card isn’t actually charged until we are ready to ship your order.  Please note that while the pre-authorization will show up on your credit card statement, the actual charge isn’t executed until the order is ready to ship.


Financing:

TelescopeTek has partnered with Klarna to allow you to choose interest-free payment plans for your order! We do not set the payment terms ourselves so any financing questions should be directed to Klarna. 


Order Shipment:

Your order will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@telescopetek.com.

Standard shipping time in the US is between 3-5 business days, though it can vary slightly depending on the destination. For updates on your shipment you can enter your tracking number here.


Damaged Orders:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos  to returns@telescopetek.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
