Our 82mm SD-Apo binoculars offer high performance in the medium size range. The 2-lens apochromatic optical design depicts very cleanly and is also capable of higher magnification. The ultra-modern multi-coating also contributes to the high contrast and excellent image brightness. Thanks to the standard 1.25 “eyepiece connection, many wide-angle eyepieces can be used without any problems! This opens up the possibility of observing the planets and the moon as well as extensive star fields and nebula regions. The interpupillary distance can be adjusted sensitively, the eyepieces are individually focused. For better transportability, the housing was made of magnesium and sealed with nitrogen to protect against weather influences.
This device class can be easily mounted on photo tripods (recommended) and is equipped with a stable handle. Of course, terrestrial targets can also be optimally observed with these devices. By changing the eyepiece, these binoculars are much more flexible than fixed-magnification models.
Our 82 series of binoculars offers a very good price-performance ratio and will be your reliable companion for many years! Choose from a 45 ° view (e.g. for low astronomical objects and observation of the earth) or the 90 ° variant (preferably for astronomically high objects)

APM Duties & Returns
Because of the special nature of APM orders, there are some differences in fees and returns. We take care of the shipping costs for you but an additional small import fee may apply to our customers. We appreciate your understanding as we do our very best to give our customers access to a wide variety of high-quality telescopes and binoculars, including special order brands like APM!

APM Duties
Some APM products are shipped directly from Germany and are subject to import duties upon entry into the US that you will be notified to pay at the time of delivery.
For high-value orders, the freight company may contact you for your SSN/Tax ID and to request power of attorney to allow them to handle import paperwork on your behalf.
APM Returns & Refunds
Because some of APM’s products are shipped directly from Germany, we are not able to cancel your order once it has been placed or offer returns at this time.
In the case that your telescope arrives with a manufacturing defect, it will need to be shipped back to the manufacturer in Germany for them to repair it.
When your order arrives, please check for any visible damage to the packaging! In the case that your order arrives with any damages acquired during transit, please notify us immediately and we can file an insurance claim on your behalf. When signing for a damaged package at delivery, note on the signature form that it is damaged, otherwise we will not be able to process the insurance claim.
Shipping
We know that once you've placed your order, you are anxious to receive it! We make every effort to get your order shipped out to you as quickly as possible.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will process the charges to your credit card and your order will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@telescopetek.com.

We distribute nationwide via UPS and Fedex. Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to provide expedited or international shipping.
