The Levenhuk Zongo 60 telescope case is designed so that the tripod is stored separately from the optical tube, keeping the total telescope weight uniformly distributed. You can carry the tripod in a special pouch over your shoulder while the main bag will easily enclose the telescope tube, mount and telescope accessories. When packing the tripod, we recommend that you place its upper part in the case first, then insert the tripod legs – one by one.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will process the charges to your credit card and your order will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. We are happy to offer FREE domestic shipping on all orders! Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to provide expedited or international shipping.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that in the case that your order arrives broken or defective, or if you simply change your mind about your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns requested after 30 days of receiving your order will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com to receive a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and at this point, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
